At b, halfmoon, we want you to be fully satisfied with your yoga and wellness gear. If your purchase doesn't perfectly support your practice, we offer returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
